Pay the fee to sit the BCS Foundation Certificate in Information Security Management Principles (CISMP) exam. This is a two-hour, multiple-choice online exam, consisting of 100 questions set by BCS, and is taken online via Questionmark.

Technical requirements
- Candidates can take the examination anywhere with Internet access. A computer/laptop with a microphone, web camera and Questionmark Secure installed is required. Questionmark also requires a plugin for Zoom.
- Candidates can test the compatibility of their equipment here: https://www.questionmark.com/content/technical-requirements-online-proctored-exam.
- We advise turning off all firewalls and antivirus software before the exam as they may interfere with the running of Questionmark Secure and Zoom.
- If using a work device, we strongly recommend contacting your organisation’s IT department before the exam to ensure that the device will function correctly.
