What's included?
The ISO 22301 FastTrack 20 Managed Service includes:
- Administering corrective and preventive actions;
- Reviewing and updating BCMS documentation;
- Facilitating management reviews;
- Reviewing risk assessments, BIAs (business impact assessments), and business continuity solutions and strategies;
- Arranging internal audits of the BCMS to assess whether the management system is working as expected;
- Ensuring staff training and awareness sessions are completed;
- Attending certification audits; and
- Acting as lead auditee for the external auditor during the certification audit and subsequent surveillance visits.

- This service is aimed at ISO 22301 FastTrack 20 clients only.
- The price is applicable for organisations with up to 20 employees. For larger organisations, please contact us for a custom quote.
- The service is delivered across one year.
- The service requires annual subscriptions for vsRisk, the FastTrack documentation toolkit and e-learning staff awareness training.
- The service is delivered online. Any consultant expenses related to travel, if requested by the client, will be billed separately.
- This support contract is applicable for a specific scope and size of organisation. Changes to staff numbers may increase the number of certification body audit days. IT Governance reserves the right to raise an additional invoice based on changes to staff numbers.
- This is an annual subscription product that is billed annually. (T&Cs apply)
- We guarantee that your BCMS will pass certification if you follow our advice, including reacting positively to findings from the audits we perform during the implementation process.
- Our price is based on the assumption that your certification body only wants evidence of a functioning internal audit process (as is usually the case). However, if you choose to use a certification body that requires a full internal audit prior to certification, this may incur additional costs.
